I popped into my local Sally Beauty and picked out 3 of my favorite curly hair products for this wash day! Currently, my curls which are on the dry side naturally craving a moisture filled routine so I chose products accordingly. Below are the steps I took to achieve these results! #ad

Deep Treatment Masque from Texture ID
Curl Love Moisture Milk from Camille Rose
Kinky Curly Curl Custard Gel
Step 1
I applied the Deep Treatment Masque on my wet hair focusing on the mid to ends of my hair. I let it sit for 10 minutes, detangled then rinsed well. I love that it's made with honey which is a naturally occurring humectant for scalp and hair hydration.
As a heat activated masque it could be ideal for lower porosity hair types for maximum absorption.
Step 2
Once I'm out of the shower and begin to style, I always start with a leave-in conditioner. I raked in the Camille Rose Curl Love Moisture Milk in sections to prep for styling.
I applied it from root to tip and used a brush to be sure it was evenly distributed. It left my curls feeling so smooth & soft.
Step 3
The key to curls holding their shape and lasting days is a good gel! The Kinky Curly Curl Custard Gel is a cult favorite among curlies everywhere. It really is that good. After brush styling to enhance curl definition I glazed the Curl Custard Gel over my curls and gently scrunched.
After my hair dried I was left with a solid gel cast. I scrunched out the crunch with an oil. To reveal soft, defined and bouncy curls!
